GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE RULES ON CONSENT TO THE USE OF COOKIES
The Italian legislation (Art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" hereinafter briefly "Code") has introduced into our system the Community Directive 2009/136 / EC which requires the managers of websites that use cookies or other monitoring technologies to inform the user about the types of any cookies used by the site.
