Salvatore Ferragamo innovates customer experience with Microsoft and Hevolus
Milan, October 15 2020 - Salvatore Ferragamo relies on Microsoft and to the technological partner Hevolus for your digital transformation journey, for enrich the customer experience and meet the expectations of increasingly digital customers.
Thanks to Microsoft Cloud Computing and Mixed Reality technologies, on which the platform is based Augmented Store at Home by Hevolus, the brand will offer its customers an innovative service for choosing and customizing the Tramezza men's footwear collection, accessible in-store or online through an immersive, ultra-high-resolution experience.
Browsing a dedicated, cloud-based web application of Azure, customers of the Tramezza Made-to-Order program will be able to view the digital twin of the footwear on their screen, interacting with this faithful 3D reproduction to customize the materials, colors, details and finishes, bringing to life to your Made-to-Order Tramezza.
The service allows you to:
- choose between four models of Tramezza (Baron, Barclay, Brighton, Ronald), five materials – from betis, to suede, to crocodile skin, to lizard, to crocodile nubuck – and nine colors;
- customize the sole, choosing the color,
- choose the buckle.
The platform also allows you to start shared interaction sessions during which a client advisor will be able to enter the user's virtual room wearing the holographic computer HoloLens 2 from Microsoft or from the in-store device, to support them in choosing and configuring the model best suited to their needs and during the customization phases. Thanks to Microsoft HoloLens 2 Mixed Reality and Azure Spatial Anchors, the client advisor can visualize the customer's selections, direct the experience, and remotely assist with the configuration process, wishlist creation, and order management.
Finally, at the end of the experience, the customer will also be able to view the digital twin of their shoe in augmented reality.
